Terms of Service — PestPilot Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PestPilot Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PestPilot Pro is a field service management platform for pest control companies. The Service includes scheduling, dispatch, mobile technician tools, invoicing, compliance tracking, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Trial periods are 7 days and do not require a credit card.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to violate any regulations, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PestPilot Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
